Lee shows his capability to channel his serious thoughts of beauty by showcasing his pride in his top-notch stylists and inviting salon and spa environment. When it comes to the clients' satisfaction, Lee is very attentive.
His success and inspirational story started back in the early 80's. At that time, Lee was inspired by the beauty and art of hair. Through out his teenage years, he was constantly juggling back and forth between academics and the artistic flair of beauty. Lee constantly unleashed his talent by painting hairstyles and makeup on canvasses. Finally, he decided his new art medium was the human body. As he stepped into cosmetology school with his practice mannequin, he was teased and taunted by his peers to not pursue his dreams of becoming a hairstylist. He didn't allow any obstacles to get in his way and he continued pursuing his life long goal of being a hairdresser. Finally, his dream became reality.
To this day, he continues to push the envelope. He has been committed to becoming a sought after stylist and owner. His ultimate goal is to put his mind, body and soul into meeting all of his client needs. The goal is to provide the most advanced techniques to make the client feel good physically and emotionally. Not only is the first visit important, but also client retention is a top priority. By believing strongly in that philosophy, he has become the successful stylist/owner that he is today. With the reputation of being particular and detail oriented, Lee does not settle for second best, but isn't that what a client wants in her stylist?
Lee's stylists and clients are the bread and butter of his destiny. To achieve his goal of being a sought after stylist and an owner of a prestigious salon and day spa, he learns all the latest beauty trends worldwide and then passes the knowledge to his stylists. He stresses that consistent education is the key to staying on top of the competition. To ensure the quality of work and customer service provided by his staff, he constantly trains them extensively.
After receiving numerous awards as one of the most requested stylists for more than a decade, he still strives to make every client satisfied during each visit. To maintain a long-term client relationship, he constantly keeps the service menu and the environment up to date. He is in charge of designing the salon / spa and learning beauty techniques from allover the nation in cities such as Las Vegas, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Orlando and others.
In addition to his hard work ethic Lee occupies his rare free time with interests such as sports cars, remote control airplanes, helicopters, hair magazines, business books, traveling and movies. Interacting with his clients is one of his top interests. His unique sense of humor is another reason why the clients come back.
