Spa Etiquette
We respect client’s modesty. Therefore you will always be discreetly covered during your massage and body treatment. Inappropriate action or language is cause for termination of a treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Health & Pregnancy Note
Due to possible contradictions, please inform your therapist of physical ailments, pregnancy, heart conditions, or medical condition such as epilepsy, asthma, daily medication or infectious skin diseases.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Appointments
For appointments of two hours or longer, a credit card is required for the appointment. If “no show” or no 24-hour cancellation, the full value of the appointment will be charged. We do reserve the right to refuse services for the protection of our clients and staff.

‍Cancellation Policy
Because your services are reserved for you, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, your gift card with be null and void or 50% of your scheduled services will be charged to your credit card.
